In the MacRae family have been father-to-son breeders for 4 generations. Julien and Clément Thirty years each are now at the head of the family breeding. After an outdoor work experience, they both chose to go back to the sources. Settled with women and children on the farm, they have the ambition of the swingers and want to get out of the lot by the quality of the work provided and the desire to go further.
The territory conducive to breeding and close to the mountains of Aubrac has among them to obtain the label Boeuf of Aubrac. This mountain where they aménent their animals every spring, to enjoy the wide open spaces and accentuate the mountain identity.
The exploitation was still a few years ago almost exclusively made up of milk sheep. The return of the two brothers transformed the Famillale farm. They are regularly rewarded in local livestock markets for the quality of their livestock. They work in reasoned agriculture, their animals are born on the spot or are bought locally, a strong identity anchored in the Aubrac race.
